Kiss the Guilt Goodbye By Burning Extra Calories

Feeling guilty after eating a small snack or larger meal than usual? Use the suggestions below to easily burn a few extra calories:
Walk a Mile in Your Own Shoes: Generally, one mile of walking or running burns 100 calories. So, lace up your sneakers and hop on the treadmill, take four trips around the local track, or plan a route using Google’s walking directions. Have a pedomenter? About 2,000 steps equals one mile, so feel free to make your own path!
Trade in Your Office Chair: If you spend over two hours of the day sitting, consider trading in your office chair for an exercise ball. Just sitting on one of these – and engaging your core muscles – can help you burn an extra 50 calories an hour!
Have a Dance Party: Turn up the radio and take 20 minutes to have a private dance party. You’ll burn extra calories and get your heart pumping. And, doing the Running Man, Macarena, or the Chicken Dance is bound to make you laugh and boost your mood. Go ahead, try it! No one’s watching!
What small exercise suggestions do you have to offer other dieters? Leave them in the comments section below!
